Best medical practice that we’ve ever been to! Our primary care provider is, James Kelley, NP and we couldn’t be happier with his professionalism, bedside manner, and his genuine concern for our family’s well being. Mr. Kelley has gone above and beyond what any other medical provider has ever done for us. If we have a question or concern, he is just a a text or phone call away. Mr. Kelley frequently checks in on us even when we don’t have a question or concern. Seriously, who does that?!Very recently, I sent Mr. Kelley pictures of my daughter’s rash. Honestly, I thought maybe a Tylenol and Benadryl would have relieved her symptoms, but Mr. Kelley sent us directly to the children’s ER. While in the ER he checked in via text and even called me to make sure the ER physician was completing all the testing my daughter needed. It turned out to be a severe allergic reaction to a medication (that she was prescribed elsewhere) . My daughter was hospitalized for almost a week! The ER doctor and Attending MD complimented Mr. Kelley for recognizing the signs and symptoms of this very dangerous reaction. We couldn’t be more thankful to him!We will always be members of this practice. We highly recommend Carolina Health and Aesthetics!

Dr. Bowers is absolutely amazing! I was having anxiety/panic issues and battling weight problems when I started seeing him as my doctor. My anxiety and panic are now being managed and I'm 19 pounds down. It's nice having a doctor that really cares! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor.
De. Bowers is a very caring and compassionate person as well as a great doctor. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone. I searched for him after he left his previous practice because I wouldn’t dream of trusting anyone else with my family and personal healthcare. Dr. Cliff Bowers
Founded Carolina Health to bring time to care back to the patient-physician relationship. As a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice, we offer a unique approach to health care and our patients love it. We limit the number of patients we have to make sure that each person gets the attention they need. Also, we don’t do insurance, instead offering affordable membership options that save you money in the long run. James Kelley, NP
Started his healthcare career in the early 2000’s. He has worked in many settings within the field, including intensive care units, medical-surgical units, and orthopedic units. He acquired his Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018 from Chamberlain College, Illinois. Mr. Kelley chose this profession to make a difference in primary care and how it is provided.
